At Coconut Grove Marketplace, we aim to provide a hassle-free parking experience for all our visitors. To facilitate efficient parking management, we have partnered with PARKLINQ to handle our parking system. Please note that our parking lot does not have gate arms or physical payment machines. How it Works:

• Your license plate is automatically scanned when you enter the lot.
• Pay for parking or claim your free time using QR codes on signs, via text message, or by visiting PARKLINQ’s website. No smartphone? You can also call to register by phone at 808.270.2760
• All customers have a 15 minute grace period to either pay of parking, get validated by a store, or register with your Hawaii ID for Local Perks^TM
• You'll get a text reminder 15 minutes before your parking time runs out, with an option to extend.
• Please make sure to register or pay with the grace period to avoid a ticket.

Standard Parking with Validation:

• Customers at Coconut Grove Marketplace can receive 90 minutes of free parking with validation from participating stores. Customers will receive 50% off additional time after the first 90 minutes. 
• Combine multiple validations for additional time. For example, purchase 4 hours of parking and receive 90 minutes free at Island Lava Java, another 90 minutes at Gecko Girls, and the last hour at 50% off.

Hawaii Resident Parking (LocalPerks Parking™):

• Residents with a valid Hawaii driver’s license can access 90 minutes of free parking when they shop at participating stores by scanning their license.
• After the initial 90 minutes of free parking, a discounted rate of 50% off per hour is available.
• Combine your free 90 minutes with validation from a store for up to 3 hours of free parking with one validation.
• Combine multiple validations for additional time. For example, purchase 4 hours of parking and receive 90 minutes with Hawaii ID, another 90 minutes at Gecko Girls, and the last hour at 50% off.

• One-time registration with a valid driver’s license is required. Returning visits require check-in.

• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Standard Parking Rates:

• Standard Rate: Non-locals without Parking Validation pay $12.50 per hour, increasing to $15.00 during peak demand.
• Max daily limit of $35

Special Considerations:

• Store Deliveries and Contractors: Clearly marked company vehicles in designated loading zones are exempt from payment or registration and won't be ticketed during deliveries.
• Free Employee Parking: Employees of Coconut Grove have access to free parking in the designated Employee Parking Zone during their shifts. To register or inquire, contact SVN property management or employeeparking@PARKLINQ.com. 
• Paid Employee Parking Option: Coconut Grove employees opting to park outside the designated Employee Parking Zone can obtain a special pass for $100/month. This pass permits parking in customer parking areas. Registration confirming employment at Coconut Grove is necessary before applying.
